The ElectriFly Balanced LiPo Battery Guarantee

ElectriFly agrees to provide a one-time replacement for any ElectriFly balanced LiPo battery that fails to perform due to defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year after the date of purchase. This guarantee is valid only on ElectriFly balanced LiPo batteries which have been used with ElectriFly brand LiPo chargers and balancers, and in accordance with the instructions included with the battery, charger and balancer. However, the guarantee does not apply to performance losses due to “normal wear and tear”, nor to any balanced LiPo battery which: 1) has been modified from its original, like-new condition, or 2) fails to perform due to crash damage.
